LITutors is a tutoring organisation based in Southeast London, working with a growing team of experienced tutors. Judit leads the academic direction of LITutors. With two English degrees, including an MA in Comparative Literature, and over nine years of tutoring experience, she specialises in helping students develop depth of thought, clarity of expression, and confidence with complex texts.
Her work is shaped by exceptional mentors who instilled a lasting respect for literature and education – a standard she now sets for the entire organisation.
In her spare time, Judit enjoys curling up on her favourite armchair with a hot cup of coffee, buried in the next book on her endless to-read pile.
Steve is an experienced educator with over 15 years of teaching experience in the United States and internationally, including five years working within the British education system. He supports students with reading comprehension, academic writing, exam preparation, and humanities subjects, with a strong focus on building understanding rather than rote learning.
Steve believes that effective teaching begins with understanding the individual learner. He takes time to identify each student’s strengths, challenges, and academic goals, and works with them to develop a clear, supportive plan that helps them progress with confidence.
Outside the classroom, Steve enjoys reading and taking long walks by the sea.
Ruchi is a data analyst with an engineering background and several years of tutoring experience. He brings clarity, structure, and creative problem-solving to her work with students, helping them see patterns and logic rather than isolated methods.
Ruchi finds mathematical problems an exciting challenge, and his enthusiasm for analytical thinking is both reassuring and motivating for students.
When he is not working with formulas in Excel, Ruchi enjoys cooking elaborate meals and spending time with her dog.
